Shop fabrication and system testing
Fabricating with standard components or with project specific custom made components. Custom components can include graphic panels, special application enclosures, printed circuit boards, bus bar fabrication. System shop testing is done based on standard protocols certifying proper operation.
Field installation supervision and system startup
Field installation supervision expedites installation and reduces errors. System startup will verify field connections, instruments calibration and final certification of the total system sequence of operation.
Retrofit existing systems with up to date equipment
Replace existing system manual control stations and alphaneumerical operator interface panel with new graphic operator interface panel. Utilizing the existing programmable logic controller PID function to duplicate the manual stations logic. Using the PLC available data to create a full range of system alarms with time stamps.
